Governance & Compliance
Case-Intelligence Portal for a Healthcare FCA Matter
Client: Counsel, national healthcare FCA matter
Situation
Counsel developing a multi-defendant healthcare False Claims Act matter needed to move fast, but the evidence was scattered across federal billing and enrollment datasets with no single place to see the provider network.
Task
Build a confidential case-intelligence platform that consolidates government billing and enrollment data, quality metrics, network relationships, and records tracking into expert-ready output.
Action
Built a custom Next.js and Supabase portal with multiple analysis surfaces: a provider-network graph, an evidence taxonomy, a timeline, a records-request tracker, and a damages model. Automated data pipelines pull from public CMS and PECOS enrollment data, all behind an access-gated client perimeter.
Results
- Portal built end to end in about ten days
- Federal billing and enrollment data consolidated into one analysis surface
- Evidence organized and packaged for expert review

- Provider-network graph and evidence taxonomy
