Governance & Compliance

Case-Intelligence Portal for a Healthcare FCA Matter

Client: Counsel, national healthcare FCA matter

Situation

Counsel developing a multi-defendant healthcare False Claims Act matter needed to move fast, but the evidence was scattered across federal billing and enrollment datasets with no single place to see the provider network.

Task

Build a confidential case-intelligence platform that consolidates government billing and enrollment data, quality metrics, network relationships, and records tracking into expert-ready output.

Action

Built a custom Next.js and Supabase portal with multiple analysis surfaces: a provider-network graph, an evidence taxonomy, a timeline, a records-request tracker, and a damages model. Automated data pipelines pull from public CMS and PECOS enrollment data, all behind an access-gated client perimeter.

Results

Transformation

Before: Evidence scattered across federal datasets

Billing records, enrollment data, quality metrics, and network relationships lived in separate government sources with no consolidated view for counsel.

  • Federal billing and enrollment data in separate silos
  • No single view of the provider network
  • Manual records-request tracking
  • Nothing organized for expert review

After: One access-gated case-intelligence portal

A custom portal consolidates the federal data, maps the network, tracks records requests, and packages evidence for experts, behind a secured client perimeter.

  • Multi-source federal data in one analysis surface
  • Provider-network graph and evidence taxonomy
  • Automated CMS and PECOS data pipelines
  • Expert-ready evidence packaging
