Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all digital products and services sold by Palavir LLC ("Palavir," "we," "us") through palavir.co and related websites.

Digital Products (Reports, Data Products)

All sales of digital products, including data reports, PDF documents, and downloadable content, are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on these purchases.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product (e.g., a broken download link or corrupted file), contact us at josh@palavir.co within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

SaaS Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions to our software products (SkipEntry, FindGrants, GovBids, NewFilings) can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

If you are charged after canceling, contact us at josh@palavir.co and we will issue a refund for the erroneous charge.

Training and Consulting

Refund requests for training programs or consulting engagements must be submitted before the service is delivered. Once a training session has been conducted or consulting work has begun, fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

For eligible refund requests, email josh@palavir.co with your purchase details. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
