AI automation and AI agents for routine operations work at Michigan businesses
Pick one process that costs your team hours every week. Palavir wires the data, builds the report that says what to do next, and automates the routine follow-through, with a person approving anything that leaves the company.
Based in metro Detroit, available to companies of 10 to 200 people across Michigan and remotely across the US. Fixed fee, quoted before work starts.
Processes that fit
The best first process is weekly, rule-based, and currently held together by spreadsheets and someone's memory.
Overdue receivables
The customers to chase today, a drafted reminder for each, and a log of who was contacted and when.
Quotes waiting on follow-up
Quotes past their follow-up date, the owner of each, and the follow-up email drafted for approval.
Inventory below reorder
Items to reorder given open orders and lead times, with the purchase request prepared for whoever signs it.
Open RFIs, submittals and paperwork
What is waiting on whom, what is overdue, and the nudge that goes out once someone approves it.
These are examples of the kind of process, not results from a client.
What gets delivered
The data, wired
Your existing systems connected once: ERP, accounting, CRM, Microsoft 365 or spreadsheets. No new platform to buy.
A report that ends in a next action
Every line says what to do next and who owns it, not just a status colour. Readable on a phone.
The follow-through, automated
The reminder, the draft reply, the log update or the escalation, done for you. Anything that leaves the company goes to a person for approval first.
Checks that prove it is right
Known-answer tests on your own data and a daily check that the numbers still match their source, plus plain-language documentation.
How it starts
Step 1
A 30-minute fit call
Which process costs the most hours, which systems it touches, and who owns it today.
Step 2
Agree the process and the test
One process, the systems involved, and the test that defines 'working' on your own data, agreed before any build.
Step 3
Build, fixed fee
Data wired, the next-action report, the follow-through automated with approval steps. Scope, price and date agreed in writing.
Step 4
Handover and a 30-day check
Training for the owner, documentation, and a review a month later. Ongoing monitoring is optional.
What the fit call will ask
- Which weekly process costs your team the most hours?
- Which systems does it touch: ERP, accounting, CRM, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets?
- Who owns it today, and what happens when they are out?
- What must a person always approve before it goes out?
What Palavir does not do
ERP or CRM implementation, chatbots for their own sake, or anything that changes how your accounting is booked. The aim is one process that runs reliably, not an AI showcase.
AI automation questions
What owners and operations leads ask before automating a process with AI.
Palavir, based in metro Detroit, automates routine operations work for companies of 10 to 200 people: one weekly process (receivables, quote follow-up, reordering, paperwork) wired to your existing systems, with a report that says what to do next, the follow-through automated, and a person approving anything that leaves the company.
For well-defined, rule-based work, yes: gathering the data, sorting what needs attention, drafting the reminder or request, and logging what happened. Judgement calls and anything sent outside the company should stay with a person, so every automation Palavir builds has an approval step and checks that its numbers still match their source.
That is what the checks are for. Each build has known-answer tests on your own data and a daily check against the source system; when something drifts you hear about it before anyone acts on it. And nothing goes to a customer or supplier without a person approving it.
It is a fixed fee for one process, quoted after a 30-minute call. Software licences and AI usage are billed at cost and are typically small. Monitoring afterwards is an optional monthly fee. No hourly billing.
Usually not. The work connects the systems you already use; any small additional cost, such as AI usage, is passed through at cost and agreed up front.
