Does this include participant SSNs or DOBs?
No. The product is firmographic and plan-metadata only. Participant SSNs, dates of birth, and individual benefit amounts are not in any DOL release and not in this file.
Are signer names included?
No. Sponsor signed name, administrator signed name, DFE signed name, preparer personal name, and care-of names are stripped at the source build step. Preparer firm name is retained because firm names are not personal-name PII.
How fresh is the file?
DOL publishes a rolling Latest plan-year file with quarterly amendment drops. Palavir releases the cleaned sellable file within 7 business days of each DOL publication.
Can I get Schedule H plan-asset detail?
Yes. The Healthcare Practices cross-product Tier 3 add-on at $50K per year joins Schedule H attached financials across plan-years 2018-2023. Standalone Schedule H join available on annual contracts.
