Does this include SAM.gov registration status and SBA certification flags?
Not in the base Starter tier. The Standard Awardee + Entity Bundle (ETA 5-7 days after the 746K-entity backfill completes) adds registration status, expiration date, 8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, VOSB flags, CAGE code, and business-size fields.
Why is state populated on only 44 percent of records?
The underlying USAspending and SAM.gov award rows do not publish recipient address on every originating record. This is a source-side gap, disclosed transparently. Buyers receive the gap documented in the schema notes.
Is CAGE code included?
Not in the current awardee product. CAGE is not in the underlying SAM.gov awards feed. The Entity Bundle add-on (Standard tier) will carry CAGE on the registration mirror.
Are individual contracting officer or POC names included?
No. No officer, principal, registered-agent, or POC personal-name columns appear in any file.
Free sample?
Yes. The current 7,643-row sellable cut ships in full as the sample under MNDA within one business day. There is no separate stratified sample.
Compliance posture
