How fresh is the data?
Each jurisdiction ships as a snapshot file, and the file's first line states its build date and row count. As of 2026-09-24, all 12 files are rebuilt nightly from the registry data we hold, so each file reflects that data as of its build date. A rebuild does not make a registry newer than its publisher: Virginia's publisher stopped updating in March 2026, so Virginia rows are no newer after a rebuild, and Virginia's newest formation date is November 2024. Missouri holds 94 records and its newest formation date is January 2025. Some Florida and Texas filings carry a future effective date that the filer chose, and a handful of Iowa rows also carry future dates.
Is registered agent / officer name PII included?
No. The export files carry only the 11 entity-level columns in the schema above. Registered agent and officer name columns are not included.

Those products enrich with contact-level data (titles, emails, phones). This product is the upstream record: business filings taken from public state registries, with no contact enrichment, so it carries no email or phone fields.
